The Bellingham Herald is reporting:

The Olympic torch will arrive at BC Place in Vancouver on Feb. 12 for the opening ceremonies of the Winter Games, but before it does Whatcom County residents will have several opportunities to witness this iconic piece of Olympic tradition.

The last legs of the Olympic Torch Relay are going through several spots just north of the U.S. border in the next week.
